Billing questions
- What counts as one Manager address?
- The address you open Manager at, such as yourcompany.manager.io. Every business under that address is included at no extra cost.
- Can I switch to All Access later?
- Yes. When All Access starts, your single-extension subscriptions on that address stop renewing at the end of the period you've already paid for.
- How do I cancel?
- In Account → Billing, open Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for and aren't charged again.
- What if a payment fails?
- Stripe retries it and emails you. Your extensions stay open while it retries; update your card in Manage billing.
- Do my team members pay separately?
- No. Invite colleagues from Team & connection on your Manager address and choose what each may use; they're covered by your subscription.
