Overview
Invoice Studio replaces Manager's default print layout with a visual template designer. Drag in your logo, choose fonts and brand colours, and rearrange every block on the page: header, line items, totals, bank details and terms.
Templates apply to sales invoices, sales quotes, sales orders, credit notes and delivery notes. Add payment QR codes, multi-language labels and conditional sections such as "show bank details only when unpaid."
Everything renders natively inside Manager, so emailed PDFs and printed copies look exactly the same.

Can I use different templates for different customers, e.g. one for retail and one for corporate clients?
Yes. Assign a default template per customer under the customer's custom fields, and Invoice Studio will pick it automatically.

Does it work with the Manager Cloud edition?
It does: Desktop, Server and Cloud are all supported. You subscribe once per Manager address.
